Which mailboxes work
Any IMAP-capable mailbox works for invoice scanning:
- Gmail (OAuth or app password)
- iCloud Mail
- Outlook / Hotmail
- Yahoo Mail
- Any other IMAP mailbox
The app only reads the subject and body of emails from known payment services — no access to sending, deleting mail, or any other messages.
